Madelise Adora Hotel & Travel

We had a great stay at Madelise Adora Hotel. The location is very central to everything the Old Quarter has to offer. There is no restaurant at the hotel but plenty of fantastic options close by for meals and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful offering recommendations for spa services and tours and even ringing ahead to make the booking for us. Ngau made us feel very welcome every time we returned to the hotel from our adventures around Hanoi. The airport shuttle service seems well priced and convenient as was the laundry service. Nothing was too much and everything was offered with a smile. The room could do with a fresh coat of paint but it was clean and comfortable and even the noise from the street below didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect!! Everything you need is right where you want it and within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and spacious for a solo traveller like. The room was well equipped with everything you would need. The staff has to be the highlight. Everyone was so nice and helpful and always checked on me. They hotel even helped me book my sleeper bus to sapa. The property is budget friendly. The hotel was a property i saw on Tiktok, and it did not disappoint

Great location but still quiet. Good value for money compared to other hotels in old quarter. Easy check in and a good price for airport pickup (although we didn’t utilise this service - I wish we did). Comfy bed (although it’s a large double it is still short, I am 5’9” and my feet hit the end).

I dropped there for a night, and I must say that it was fantastic. The staff is the star of the show, special thanks to Chloe who was super attentive and responsive to any requests of mine. I had a problem with the airport transfer, but I reached out to her, and the problem was handled shortly. I really appreciated the local restaurant and coffee shop that she recommended. I enjoyed speaking with her about fun things to see and do in Hanoi and the surrounding area. The hotel has a perfect location, all attractions are just within the walking distance. I had a wonderful time there. Couldn't recommend it more and would definitely stay at Madelise Adora again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended nearby massage and banh mi that were both great. They arranged transportation from hotel and also held our bags for an extra day. Great location and even better on the weekend when the streets are closed to cars; don't worry it's only a short walk to the street with cars if you need a ride.
